Grandma's Meat Loaf

2 pounds beef
¾ cup suet
2 small onions
2 cups bread crumbs
3 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
4 tablespoons horseradish
1 teaspoon dry mustard
catsup

Lucy's Note: These recipes are authentic - if not heart-healthy by modern nutrition standards. Of course we're not chopping and splitting wood or carrying buckets of water either....

Grind the suet and hamburger together using the fine head on the meat grinder. Mix all ingredients except the catsup. Pack into a greased loaf pan. Cover the top of the loaf with catsup and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
