Sour Cream Gingerbread

¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup molasses
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
¼ teaspoon soda
½ teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Lucy's Note: Since they used all fresh unpasteurized whole milk from Jensen's farm, they often had cream that soured, which they saved and used in recipes like this one.

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done when tested.
