3 cups graham flour
1 cup white flour
2½ cups sweet or sour milk
⅔ cups molasses
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons soda
2 cups raisins
Grated orange rind or nuts (optional)
Blend milk, molasses, sugar, sale and soda. Add the flour and raisins. Pour the mixture into 2 greased loaf pans. Let stand for 45 minutes before baking. Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
